Renée Thorngate is a Managing Partner and Finance/Administration Lead at Cricket Power.

 

Renée is responsible for guiding the overall strategic direction of the business as well as managing its daily activities. Renée has experience working with loan officers and loan processers to prepare documents for Commercial Loans, Term Loans, Lines of Credit, Guidance Lines, and Construction Loans. Renée is responsible for verifying proper entity documentation as well as the correct collateral documentation to ensure perfection of the collateral which includes Deeds of Trust, Construction Deeds of Trust, Assignments of Possessory Property, and Commercial Security Agreements.

Renée received her BA in Art History from Western Washington University, and later received her Advanced Paralegal Certificate from Edmonds College.
